- We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as PostNL to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders
- Orders placed on weekdays before 18:00h are shipped the same day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Your orders are typically delivered within 1 business day in NL and BE after processing before 18:00h.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase
- For the Netherlands and Belgium free shipping is available for orders above €130,-. Shipping for orders below €130,- costs €4,95 in NL and €5,95 in BE.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our portal or directly through the shipping carrier's website.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected
- Delivery times are affected by the shipping companies and therefore we have no control on their company policies
- For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost
- You will receive email notifications at each stage of the shipping and delivery process, including order confirmation and shipment confirmation.
