Expecting a Delivery?
We strive to make your shopping experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible. Below, you'll find all the information you need regarding our shipping and delivery processes:
- We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as PostNL to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders
- Orders placed on business days before 16:00h are shipped the same day. Orders made after Friday 16:00h, on Saturday and Sunday will normally be shipped on Monday
- Your orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days in NL and BE after processing before 16:00h depending on the processing speed of PostNL
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase
- For the Netherlands and Belgium free shipping is available for orders above €120,-. Shipping for orders below €120,- costs €4,95 in NL and BE
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our portal or directly through the shipping carrier's website.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected
- Delivery times are affected by the shipping companies and therefore we have no control on their company policies
- For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost
- You will receive email notifications at each stage of the shipping and delivery process, including order confirmation and shipment confirmation.

Returning an item
- At Foame you can return your items within 14 days after the delivery date
- Items which have been bought in a final sale are excluded from the return policy. This will be mentioned specifically on the product page. Final sale items are often the last available pieces, offered at a reduced price to clear remaining stock and make you enjoy your favorite items against a reduced price. Once purchased, these items are no longer available to other customers, making it impossible for us to resell or restock them. To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, and to avoid unnecessary waste, we are therefore unable to accept returns on sale items. We encourage you to carefully review product details, sizing information, and images before completing your purchase.
- Items you wish to return have to be in the original condition including packaging, dust bags, labels, tags and hygiene strip. If requirements are not met costs can be deducted from the refund
- The items can not be worn, have damages, stains or be washed when returning. Therefore we highly recommend to fit your items with your underwear on
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs €6,95 in NL and BE. As other countries differ from eachother please take at least the same amount as shipping in account. The amount will be deducted from the return payment
- Return orders can only be made via our shipping labels. We will not be responsable for self-shipped packages that got lost
- If you receive a defective or damaged swimwear item, they must contact our customer service team within 48h of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- We reserve the right to amend or update this return policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting
- Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries! You can easily request a return with us.
How it works
1) Send us an email at hi@foame.nl with the subject line: 'Return Request' and your order number.
2) Include the following in your email:
- Your name and order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- (Optional) the reason for your return
3) Receive return instructions
Our customer service team will send you the return instructions within 1 business day.
