Shipping
Where is my order dispatched from?
Foame HQ is situated in the Netherlands.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, you can make a return within 14 days after receiving.
Returns
Items you wish to return have to be in the original condition including packaging, dust bags, labels, tags and hygiene strip. If requirements are not met costs can be deducted from the refund.
The items can not be worn, have damages, stains or be washed when returning. Therefore we highly recommend to fit your items with your underwear on.
Items which have been bought in a final sale are excluded from the return policy. This will be mentioned specifically on the product page.
How long do I have to return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving the parcel
How long does it take to receive my return payment?
Once the returned products have arrived at our HQ, we will inspect your order and process your return request within 3 business days. Please note, during peak seasons - return handling may take longer.
Who pays for the returned item(s)?
The cost of shipping on the returned item/s are at the expense of the customer.

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. If you are still unsure please do not hesitate to ask our advice! You can always send your questions to hi@foame.nl and we will give you advice.
What if I'm between two sizes?

Can I mix and match sizes between tops and bottom
Yes! You can choose your size freely between tops and bottoms.
Are the tops and bottoms adjustable?
Some styles are adjustable and some styles are not. You can see in the pictures which styles are adjustable and this will also be mentioned in the product description.
Do the tops give enough support for bigger sizes?
This depends on the model of the top. The tops with a wire give more support. Please note that our bikini tops don't have padding.

We carefully select fabrics that not only look and feel premium, but also perform: supportive, shape-retaining and comfortable, whether you’re by the pool, at the beach or styling your bikini beyond swim.
How do I take care of my swimwear?
We highly recommend hand washing your swimwear to help maintain its shape, color, and elasticity. Hand washing is gentler on the fabric and helps to prolong the life of your favorite items.
When hand washing your swimwear, use a mild detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach, as they can damage the fabric and cause colors to fade. Rinse with cold water which helps to preserve the elasticity of the fabric
Avoid wringing: After rinsing, gently press out excess water from your swimwear without wringing or twisting. Wringing can stretch out the fabric and cause it to lose its shape.
Dry your products without a dryer and avoid direct sunlight which may cause the colour to fade. Do not iron. We recommend drying flat in shade
Watch out with some sunscreen lotions and (fake) tanning oils which can make stains in the fabric. Let the liquids dry completely before they come in contact with the swimwear

Do you offer gift cards?
Foame offers digital gift cards, making gifting effortless for the woman who has everything.
Digital Gift Cards are sent within 30 minutes to the email address used during checkout. If you require the Digital Gift Card to be sent to the recipient directly, we recommend using their email address at checkout. You can choose which denomination you’d like to purchase on our Digital Gift Card product page.
Our Digital Gift Cards have no expiry date and no additional processing fees. Digital Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of payment methods to cater to all. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex. We also Buy Now, Pay Lateroption Klarna.
