Returns & Refunds

  • At Foame you can return your items within 14 days after the delivery date
  • Items you wish to return have to be in the original condition including packaging, dust bags, labels, tags and hygiene strip. If requirements are not met costs can be deducted from the refund
  • The items can not be worn, have damages, stains or be washed when returning. Therefore we highly recommend to fit your items with your underwear on
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Shipping from the Netherlands and Belgium cost €7,25. As other countries differ from eachother please take at least the same amount as shipping in account
  • Return orders can only be made through the return portal. We will not be responsable for self-shipped packages that got lost
  • If a customer receives a defective or damaged swimwear item, they must contact our customer service team within 48h of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Items which have been bought in a final sale are excluded from the return policy. This will be mentioned specifically on the product page. Other sale items can be returned as usual
  • We reserve the right to amend or update this return policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting
  • Returns can be registered in our return portal. At 'barcode' fill in your track&trace-code you received in your e-mail
